Rita Doherty is a career senior living administrator with more than 20 years of experience in director-level positions. She was named executive director of Friendship Village of Dublin in 2018. Prior to her tenure here, she served in executive director positions at three other continuing care retirement communities. She was interim executive director at Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee, WI; executive director of Rockland Place in Wilmington, DE, and executive director of Heritage of Green Hills in Reading, PA.

Rita graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in health services and long-term care administration. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mount Carmel School of Nursing.

Craig joined the Friendship Village of Dublin in 2014. He brings more than 23 years of experience in health care financial management to his role, with oversight of resident billing, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and preparation of financial statements for organizations across the Friendship Village portfolio. Craig was previously employed by United Church Homes, Inc. in various roles, including most recently from 2002 to 2014 as Corporate Controller. He served on the Ohio Health Care Reimbursement Committee from 2002 to 2013.

Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.

Erin Powell is the Friendship at Home Director of Operations. She comes with 17 years of experience in the nursing and medical industry. Over the last several years, she has worked as a liaison with senior citizens to help navigate their healthcare needs. Her career specialization is in home health and hospice care, and she is a subject matter expert in most things involving the senior population. She is passionate about advocating for seniors and ensuring the best quality of life for their specialized needs.
